Kristen Renzulli, Esq. is a graduate of New York University's Stern School of Business, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business. She is also a graduate of St. John's University School of Law, where she was an editor of New York International Law Review and St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary. She has extensive legal experience in the area of banking, copyright infringement, labor law, medical malpractice, premises liability, discrimination, contract law, insurance defense, insurance subrogation, and personal injury litigation. She is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
Ms. Renzulli has represented Allstate Insurance Company, Bank of America, Bank of New York, Banxcorp, Chase Manhattan Bank, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Fleet Bank, The Home Depot, Shop Rite, Staples, State Farm Insurance Company and many other prominent business entities in various facets of litigation over the past 20 years. She has successfully drafted and argued appeals before the Appellate Division and has been involved in complex federal litigation.
